Research into Organizational Health is needed to ensure that appropriate assessment and measurement concepts are combined to form practical and usable outputs. These concepts form the basis of the many models, methods and techniques available today. How do we obtain a holistic view of the problem under analysis? Is there a process that feeds the decision making mechanisms in the organization?
